Evaluation Process and General Information

Each player will sign in and receive a numbered jersey.  Once this is complete they will join the group on the field with the trainer.  Parents are asked to sit back towards the parking lot away from the field to allow the players space to independently go through the evaluation process.  The professional trainers will put the kids at ease and get them warmed up.  Please do not line the boundaries as if it were a league game and shout instructions to your child.  Players will relax and have a better experience if the session just becomes about being on the field playing the game they love with their friends.  Being directly under the watchful eye of a group of parents just adds to the pressure and expectations.

In terms of the process: input from their current coaches, trainers, and the evaluations are used to rate each player.  Once this data is compiled, teams will be formed based upon the amount of registrants and the ability level of the players.  Age divisions will be announced together for the girls and the boys.  Please have patience as we will be compiling data for hundreds of kids.  Some divisions take longer to form than others.

We have made every attempt to avoid potential conflicts with school and community events, etc.  If you have an individual conflict that will preclude your son or daughter to attend their evaluation time, please contact me ASAP for information on alternatives.

Any questions please let me know.  Thanks!
